gears 3 matchmaking problems

this evening i played with some friends everything was fine. i joined my friends game no problem and i played quite a few matches.but now i hop on to multiplayerand attempt to join a match but it keeps searching for matches then it said no suitable game is available being like this for two hours now ,cant join any game .my nat is open . i have 3.5 mb down and 0.86 up speed with 48 ping .

i cant seem to figure out the problem should i be worried ?i found some other people have similar problem as well on the internet. i can join a friends match no problem but i cant find a match on my own

i am having this exact same problem i can join friends but i cant join matches on my own. it keeps searching matches and then says no suitable game available.then after 5 mins it puts me in a match with bots .

Might be where you live. I'm in the US and it literally takes less than 5 seconds to get into a match.BiThBhE0

well my location shouldnt be a problem .i mean i never have faced any problem with other games so why this ??

i am in pakistan .

Just to let u know that I have the same problem, I can't join or host anyone. on any mode, compagin, versus....

with GOW2 there was no problem also with MW2 I was playing online but why is this one ;(

I don't do ranked to much, but with quick I literally find matches as soon as I hit the button.

reading all these posts in detail its obviously a NAT problem, look on the net for a guide to opening your nat OR stick you xbox in your routers DMZ and bypass router security all together,,,works for mepenpusher

well it seems that when i m in a lobby with friends i can find matches instantly
