Happens to me while playing CoD campaigns. I feel obligated to play them, but they are just so boring. That's why all the Michael Bay explosions are there. They need something to wake you up.
Rockstar's games, which are all boring, tend to make me come close to falling asleep out of boredom. The Halo's and COD's and generally the vast majority of shooters bore to the point of passing out from that boredom, many sports games do as well. Male lead only games tend to have me falling asleep out of sheer boredom.
I know that this is on PS3, but I fell asleep playing MGS4. The opening cutscene was like 20 minutes, then I finally got to start playing and moved like 10 feet, and another cutscene started up. I'm convinced that entire series is a movie with interactive elements thrown in here and there.
farcry 2... I had a blast with farcry 1 and that other one back on the xbox but god dang those devs should been shot for creating a game that boringk2theswiss
i never felt sleepy or anything like that, but i have felt extreme boredom while playing games like conan; captain america (it was 2 dollars), AC:B (but i just beat AC2, so i guess i was burnt out, played it later and enjoyed it), halo3, odst, and reach, dark souls, duke nukem, and alot of other games.
u learn to deal when ur an achievement whore; though not enuff to actually play thru all of those games :p
skyrim put me to sleep with how repetative it was i actually past out and my gf had to wake me up from noticeing i was running into a wall for 30 minutes
I fell asleep multiple times during Fallout 3. I serioudly forced myself to play that game, I just couldn't do it. The only other game that put me to sleep was Final Fantasy 13. Multiple times, I've literally woken up mid battle...:?

Oblivion isn't that boring. What would have made Far Cry 2 interesting would have been the inclusion of Lions. Someone said that the country where FC2 was set in had no lions. Oh well. It would have been fun to p*** off some lions and run right through a rebel camp.
I was bored horribly by Fall Out 3 and Metro 2033. Both very boring games in my opinion. I like skyrim so far and oblivion wasn't that bad but Fallout 3 was dreadfully boring.
Now this game... I cant even finish it. Its not hard, or anything like that. It just cant hold my interest. I cant tell you how many times Ive tried to finish it... I always loose interest when youre trying to get to New Haven, I think it's called.
GTA IV. I had to shelf it for like 5 months, before I could force myself to finish it. Sepewrath
just bought GTA 4 a week ago and i'm loving it. I don't know why peaple don't like this game. I know once you finish the story its boring, but its still a fun game
Recently got chance to play I Am Alive demo. Either I was tired from work or the game atmosphere got me so exausted I fallen asleep for few moments, enough for poor main character to fall of the bridge I was holding on to :)
