FEAR 3 insane mode

I completed FEAR 3 on insane mode with FETTEL, however I did not get an achievement, currently going through it again with POINTMAN to see if that unlocks the achievement, has anyone else experienced this issue.

You might wanted try and check on trueachievements.com or xbox360achievements.com. You have better chance of getting all the information that you need from those websites.
