I would hope that the only reason you would want to do this is because you're just absolutely stuck somewhere in a game and can't get past it.
And if it is for achievement points, you won't get them. If the achievement is already done by someone else, your 360 won't recognize it, you actually have to do the certain tasks for the achievement with your gamertag, otherwise no achievement for you.
Actually it is for rosters in sports games that have not been updated in XBox Live. People have created certain historical players like Larry Bird and it would be much easier copying the roster than trying to create the character. But way to trounce all over me Mr holyer than thou!
MS has made changes to the 360 to not allow for using game saves not created by your profile. I think they may be technical/hacker ways to get past this, but you can't just download and use.
Downloadable games saves is one of the reasons some people have over 100k gamerscores.
No. You are not allowed to download and use saves that someone else has done on your gamertag - that is part of the reason why a large number of high profile, high gamerscore accounts had their accounts reset to 0. If you want to play Zombies you just have to play the game and unlock it yourself

Glad I found a topic for this.. I find it easy to find save files for lots of games; My problem is how to transfer them to my Xbox360 and use them??
I was hit by the Far Cry 2 save glitch.. I hit 65% completion, and was forced to start the game over.. I downloaded a FC2 save file at 50% completion, but I have no idea how to copy it to my 360 HD, and use it in-game..
USB drive doesn't work, which is the first obvious choice.. Anybody have any ideas?
