u gotta check your messages terminal there u will get a new message asking you to check some planet. so then u go to the galaxy map n go there. its the same galaxy where u help zaeed with his loyalty quest

Btw, it also includes a system in the Krogan DMZ which has a planet with 5 moons, which form and arrow formation. It's nothing to do with the missions, but looks quite strange.
