Do you need a good connection to play on Xbox One?

Exactly what is says on the tin, just wondering because my connection isn't the best and I won't be buying an Xbox One if it needs more internet to run than a Xbox 360.

Xbox live minimum requirements for gaming is

3 megabits down

0.5 up

150 ms or less

To the best of my knowledge it the same for the 360.

The main difference is if you plan to download games and updates. Online multi-user games really aren't that demanding on the network.
