Yeah, I like it. People coming from a console background should love the stuff. Before DLC, they got jack. PC gamersmight be a little annoyed, since they always got a lot of content for free. Some of that's unwarranted, though, since large, developer-made expansions have usually cost money.
I love DLC. I mean, i think is a bit wrong to release a game and 1 day after they put some DLC costing money as an extra. Good old days when you purchase the whole game.
No, I refuse to pay for more stuff after I already paid 60 bucks. It's usually not enough content, overpriced, and something they cut from the game to begin with because it wasn't good enough for the final version.. then they want you to pay for it? wtf? Having said that tho, I do like what bioware did with ME2, I usually buy big games like that on day 1.. so getting all the dlc for free for my loyalty is nice.
I think DLC is good but its annoying like in the case of Dantes Inferno where there is a DLC Advertisement in the game case! I just bought the game and your shoving DLC in my face. Thanks for not including that in the game. If the game is like Mass Effect 2 or Fallout which is like 40 hours or so on DLC is great but for a game which is like 6-10 hours and your advertising DLC the 1st day pretty much ruins it.
If It's Expansions then yes. If It's map packs then No, unless It's a game like Halo 3 when you do need all the map packs, and of course, If the maps are good.
