Minor spoiler, but at one point you do leave Detroit and you can't go back, at least not for a long, long while.
Also, the pre-order items. The Auto-Unlocking thing can be bought from the Detroit weapons dealer, and can also be found, rarely, throughout the game. The Grenade-Launcher and everything else, I don't know.

The Remote-Detonated Explosives can be found in Jenson's apartment, in his secret stash. There's a keypad next to the doorway to his kitchen. Hack it, and the TV will move, revealing a stash of various weapons and ammo in the wall.

Yep, me either, already have other stuff. BTW, I also have the other pre-order DLC weapons from Amazon and cant find them either. Getting annoyed
The Grenade-Launcher is a reward from completing a quest where you save someone's son who was kidnapped.
This quest isn't untill you return to Shanghai for the second time. This is also apparently the mission pack quest, too, because when Iwent to the area for the quest it said "Thank you for pre-ordering Deus Ex: Human Revolution, you bonus mission will be loaded shortly."
