Love me some Dead Space. Isaac Clarke is one guy in desperate need of an umbrella drink, kicked back on a beach somewhere. Can't wait to see where Visceral Games decides to take the series.
I really liked the game until the end. Then it was ruined for me.
[spoiler] The regen necro was stupid. There was no point to it even being there. In the first game the regen was part of the story it had a point. In the second it was just a frustrating waste of ammo, before the final battle. [/spoiler]
Amazing game. While this year has been filled with great games thus far, Dead Space 2 is close to the top, second only to Portal 2 and about even with L.A. Noire. What I love about it is that it didn't do anything new, it just took old mechanics and implemented them insanely well.
dead Space 2 is simply one of the best games that I've played in a while :) great environment, story, and variety of enemies. :) Imagine what they could've pulled off if they didn't implement MP . . . seriously, that was pointless . . . Dead Space is not a MP game . . .
