1. Graw has Big Wide Open Maps with various levels of Ground elevation. 2. Lets say you take cover with "A cover system" in the middle of a Grassy Field You have the possiblity of being Flanked from the Left , right or Back. and even sniped out from a Sniper with a higher Ground level.
Cover system becomes utterly useless unless you want to be cannon fodder. Cover is Excellent for games like Gears and Vegas because they both feature tight close knit maps and vegas most of which take place indoors are perfectly matched for a Cover System. watch any of the Graw 2's MP videos and you'll see these big maps with various ground levels.
Defintly not suited for "a Cover system to be implimented. "
And even if it is implemented I bet you will not want to used it. It's a Death trap with big maps like the ones in Graw 2

atleast without cover system I could run away and avoid being blown up. and there is a cover system in graw1/2, its called sit behind said cover, you dont need to be "stuck" to it to make it a cover system.
