Couple questions!

Ok, I have bought a 22inch flatscreen monitor. I want to hook my 360 up to it but, will it be HD? This is what I am using to hook it up.

Also, my birthday is in a month and I was wondering what game I should get. I either want Mercenaries 2, Call of Duty 4 or Guitar Hero. Which one should I go for?(I will be playing online most of the time)

Depends on what you like to play. Call of Duty 4 is going to be awesome, and I'm pretty sure the multiplayer is going to rock. If you want to spend hours killing others, then COD4 is for you.

Guitar Hero 3 is going to rock. Hard. And online play is great. However, I'm sure sooner or later you're going to get tired of playing the same songs over and over. COD4, in my opinion, has more replay value.

I don't know too much about Mercenaries 2, so you're going to have to get more info on that.

And about the HD thing... not too savy on that either.
