Hey guys, sorry about posting something that's probably been posted before but i can't find anything and i'm really needing a solution!

My Xbox has been fine online, but today (after 2 hours of playing gears co-op with some friends) i keep getting a message that im disconnecting from the party, then 30 seconds later or so been back in the party, and this is happening every 2-3 mins. Either that or it says the people in the party have been disconnected. It's not actually disconnecting from xbox live though?

Many thanks!

In a nutshell, it's your NAT settings. Sounds like they are on Strict/Moderate instead of Open.

I had this exact problem it could either be your NAT settings or some interference on your wi-fi. All I did was reset my wi-fi router back to its original settings then hooked my Xbox back up, this should clear any unwanted interference that may be causing you to disconnect.
