Goto barracks, then leaderboard and tap KILLS. Make it so shows everyone and go to the top of the list. Forty to Five is level 1 with no emblem, with something like 98147321 kills.
Apparently, that top thing on the kills board is an IW official not wanting people to get first place and brag and fight about it. Its just the recorded kills he put in there
Same happened to the chick (yeah a chick) that was #1 on GH3's pro face off wins LB. she ha over 3000 and then dropped to 1 when her xbox froze. but she remained #1. And i was friends with her once and she's cool and i know its not a lame hack either. shes really good though. and a good sport. Unlike alot of people on GH3.
