I don't see it honestly, I've gone to websites viewing they're completion on the levels, but I do not see what I'm missing, I'm not sure if anyone of you can help me catch what I'm not noticing but here's what I have of both reg castle, and invert castle (I know the one on invert in the middle counts) but I believe I'm missing 4 rooms... Please help

I havent played SOTN in a very long time but i can direct you here at the top they have a sticky on getting 200.6%

Yeah, it was a pain. Usually the fairy companion and some determination, and a few hours of devoted exploring will net you that cheevo. Just be sure to jump/fly/swim into every nook of every area that you possibly can. That, and hidden rooms. This and the links provided thus far should really help you out.
