Halo Wars is coming out at the beginning of the year. Brutal Legend is coming out at the end. I think I'll get both since getting $120 in one year isn't that hard.
Halo Wars, only because the gameplay looks far more interesting than Brutal Legend. Brutal Legend still has some cool style to it, but it seems like it could just fall into the basic action game hole.
RTSs are never as good on console as they are on PC true. Brutal legends looks very funny and entertaining but will probaly die the first time you complete it. Halo wars probaly won't be as good on console but if you like strategy and halo then you will probaly play again and again. Plus if you have xboxlive there will probaly be online achievements or something to keep it fresh for a while.
RTS dont normally work well on consols but considering ensamble studios is making it and its a RTS only consol made game i think it might be good. I pick Halo wars.
