mausoleum, gridlock, and mansion. I think mausoleum is the best because to me it has the highest amount of varying strategies and features three superweapons (boomshot, torque bow, and rifle).
Most of the maps on Gears tend to lead you to one main place to fight. The ones I like are the ones that are versatile. I like "Fuel Depot", "Canals", and the new map "Subway".On a different note, who else thinks the "Hammer of Dawn" should be removed from live play? Keep it for the game but get rid of it for multi-player!
mines would be Fuel Depot, War Machine, Escalation...most hated maps Gridlock, Raven Down, & Bullet Marsh ( great map but its too big for only 4 vs 4...they need to make that for more people)
Gridlock, helped me get seriously. so i got a ton of kills on that map. Then Canals for Sniping. Third is either my most recently played now (subway), or Fuel Depo.
