The Orange Box.

I have to agree.
Then I have to give you a sandvich.Call of Duty 4. Best FPS of all time, not just for the 360. The game has a huge arsenal of weapons which have all been faithfully re-created from actual real-world weapons, a class system that keeps the multiplayer interesting by allowing you to mix and match different perks, weapons, attatchments, explosive devices, and camoflauge to suit any style of play you choose. Unlike other games where you all start with the same weapons, and race to the power weapons to see who wins. The hardcore modes in COD4 are ultra-realistic, there is no firing a full clip of ammo into some one just to kill them, or jumping on top of their head, or rolling around on the floor to dodge bullets. The movement/shooting mechanics feel fluid and natural, they are not clunky or rough around the edges or unrealistic like many other games (Halo 3, Farcry 2) I have played many games, and COD4 has held my attention longer than any other game. It is extremely satisfying and challenging to win a game of Hardcore Search and Destroy and call in an airstrike.

Best single player FPS I would have to say Bioshock. Â Best multiplayer FPS I would have to say COD4 or Halo 3, its about even in my opinion. Â Even though the thread doesn't ask for it, best TPS IMO is Dead Space.
Â
Well Im gonna have to give three answers to this.
For the singleplayer experience, i would have to say bioshock, because of the way you have to mix the plasmids with the wepons.
For the multiplayer experience, Halo 3 because its the only one that needs teamwork to win, and its following.
Finally game that has since come to the xbox, the orange box, cause of all the new features and ways of playing using the physics it has brought to all games.Â
