If your Xbox 360 breaks via the 3 ROD and you purchased your 360 at Best Buy, then instead of sending it to Microsoft for a month to get a refurb piece of crap, take it to Best Buy and trade it out for a NEW Xbox 360and keep your hard-drive if you want.

Best Buy is exchanging all Xbox 360 consoles that have the 3 ROD error under Microsoft's 3 year warranty.

For more information, please call Best Buy's Corporate Help Desk at : 1-888-BEST-BUY

If you already purchased a PRP through Best Buy when you bought your 360, it will carry over to the new console.

Remember this is for the 3 ROD only. The PRP Extended warranty covers everything else.

Happy Gaming and God Bless!! :D

Sweet I bought mine a couple years ago. Good piece of mind. Even though I don't have the ROD (which I think stands for Ring of Death).

Thanks for the info

Would I be able to return mine to Best Buy even if I didn't actually buy it from them?

If so, that's great - and probably much faster than sending it to Microsoft...
