Battlefield Bad Company 2 Multiplayer Update

so just wanted to know if the lag issues have been cleared up yet, i noticed there was a Multiplayer Update released recently,

i really wanna buy this game, and its on sale at the store round the corner,

but there is no point if the multiplayer is still lagging like crazy like people have been saying.....

so its still laggy then?

that sucks no point in buying it if its laggy, would just be a waste of money....

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend buying it right now.

funny only got a 2meg connection and never ever had a problem with lag on Battlefield. That said its upload speed that affects online play. always surffered with Gears and a bit on Halo

The only thing I noticed is there is a picture of the soldier class you pick before entering a game but on conquest the respawns have gone upto 250 per team and the points have gone up to 150 for a flag capture and 75 for a flag assist

Don't buy it right now. The lag is still annoying. While it's not drastic, it is constant. Write to EA/Dice and tell them you're not purchasing their product based on user feedback.

It's a shame, because the game is leaps and bounds above Call of Duty technologically, but the lag is just killing it.

I haven't played it recently, but the times I've played it lag has never been a issue, Though my connection is pretty good. Now I've been playing mw2 cus of the new maps, and discovered that hardcore team deathmatch is pretty sweet.
