anybody else go crazy after the AWESOME deus ex trailer?

Seriously Ohhh Ehhhhm Geeee!!!!!! That trailer was crazy!!!! and especially I love the protagonist. He looks SUPER cool. So cool when he wears the sunglasses. and the facial hair is great!!! He kinda reminds me of Keanu Reeves.

I wouldn't say crazy..since that is just an extended version of the trailer they released several months ago at the game Dev Conference but I am definately excited to see how well this game turns out.

The trailer was good, reminded me of a movie. Of course its just the CG trailer, but I'm willing to bet it will be good. The Deus Ex: The Conspiracy was good and IW was decent, imo, I have no doubt this game will be good. If it's not, oh well. We'll find out next year though.

CGI trailers can be deceptive. I won't be getting particularly interested in this until I see some solid gameplay.

Yeah, it was a nice trailer but I'm waiting for gameplay. I can't get enough good role playing shooters. They have something good to build with the first game and what they've shown so far looks good.

anyways from what I learned about Deus ex invisible wars is that you can't get your hopes up and expect that it is simply amazing like the trailer tells you

Very cool trailer. I'm not expecting much on the story front (powerful totalitarian corporation cyberpunk cliche), but I do love cybernetics. Would it be too weird to say I wouldn't mind having my arms chopped off and replaced with a set of those arms? Now they need synthetic skin and pass it off as real. ;)

u are right. I indeed havent played a deus ex game before. and i havent said anything about the gameplay. Its the CGI and the character model that amazed me. Of course I hope that the gameplay will be good as well.

To me story is at least half of the game in a game like this - and to that end the trailer didn't impress me much at all. The dialog sounded like it was written by someone with an IQ of 80 - and the main character seemed pretty much like a retard as well.

The spiffy action sequences seemed empty and pointless and since it's cgi it says nothing about the gameplay - the only thing I give it credit for was the atmosphere it was trying to provoke - but all in all I have to say I was pretty under-impressed by it.

Being a fan of the first Deus Ex, how important skills were, and hearing that they wanted to make this new one easy for new players to get into, I expect to be disappointed. Trailers are nice but they don't mean anything for the game, do I love the Gears of War 2 trailers? Yes. Do I love Gears of War 2? Hell no.
