I do plan on purchasing a 360 soon but I'm still kind of deciding upon which one to get. I've heard that the elite doesn't have overheating problems and doesn't have the rrod problem like the other consoles so in my opinion would make it worth the extra $100. So all I'm really asking here is if the elite still has issues or not with it or is it worth the extra $100.
its the same, the elite and pro in terms of RROD chances. if money isnt a problem buy the pro now if it is theres that rumor floating around that theres a price drop coming
If you can afford it, get the Elite. It comes with all the neccessary HD Cables so no hassle gettin it hoked up to your HDTV, 120GB HDD, and is in sexy black. :P
I think I'm gonna wait till E3 to get it and hopefully that way the price will drop by then and there won't be anything new to surprise me. I don't have an HDTV so it would seem the only reason for me to buy an elite now is the 120GB HDD but I don't think I'm willing to pay $100 more for that.Thanks for the info.
