I don't think so because the weapon kill achievements don't count in annex so I don't think regular kills count either. It would be awesome if it did count though. :roll:
Do the kills that you earn in annex count towards the "Seriously..." achievement?

no it does not count + even if you do reach 10k kills it dont really count either you got knockdowns headshots chainsaw kills grenade tags exacutions and curve stops all together have to be 10k i really dont know why but they think that you cheated on getting them
