I kept mine on for about 45 minutes then gave it an hour to cool for the best results.

I had to do that today ... All u do is unpluge everything except the power cable, take out the hard drive, wrap it in about 4 towels with the power on, wait for about 15 minuted, take them off, turn the Xbox 360 off and wait for it to cool off for 10 minutes, then plug back everything attach the hard drive and then push power and it should work :)

Arg lemme write it a lil better

1. Unplug the Xbox cords except the power cord

2. Grab about 4 towels

3. push the power button to turn it on

4. then u wrap the Xbox in the towels (Keep the xbox on)

5. Let it bake for about 15-20 min (I did it for 15 min and it works fine)

6. Unwrap it after waiting for 15 min

7. Turn off power

8. Let it sit for about 10 minutes

9. Plug in all your cords u had already in

10. Push power

11. then play what ever the hell game u want to play :)
