Save up until you can afford something in the 30's

Unless you plan on sitting right in front of the screen like you're using a laptop you will not be happy.

I have my 360 connected to a pretty old 19'' inch SDTV and it looks good! However, I'm planning to actually get an HD LCDTV soon thats around 20'' inches for my bedroom.

Save your money and get a larger television. The bigger the better when it comes to HD tv's.

I don't know probably, my friend games on a 26 inch screen and a few people did say it's too small to play on. I was originally going to buy a 32 inch for myself but waited and got a 40 inch screen instead. If you have to save for a bit, be patient it's well worth the wait.

anyways, yes, patience is key in this situation. If you can hold off 'till a 32" LCD HDTV, then you will be forever grateful.

I have a 20" LCD monitor and a 42" HDTV and I actually prefer using the 20" over the 42", but that's just me.

Well if you are planning on sticking with Samsung then you might be waiting a little longer then you want to afford a 32" Samsung HDTV, I pretty sure you can get a nice quality 32" HDTV for less or about the same price as a 22" Samsung. As for the size its all about preference, how far you like to sit away from a tv as you should know the widescreen view alone makes it more for your eyes to travel so the bigger you go the farther away you should sit back so you can always see the whole screen without having to move your eyes or even to view things on the far sides of the screen. I for one have a 42", 37", & 32" HDTV and I prefer my 32 over the bigger tvs.

Also considered refresh time as 8ms is the highest you should have for gaming otherwise you could experience major blurrying and screen lag.

LOL. Nice.

Unless you're OCD, you'll be fine. I went from playing on a 32" HDTV to a 46", back to my 24" LCD Monitor. I prefer to have all my gaming done on my desk, whether it be PC, 360, or PS3 gaming. And my 24" LCD monitor happens to be here, so I use that now. It's perfect for gaming.

Not at all. I bought a 22" LCD from Samsung and it was the best purchase ever. Perfect for a limited amount of space.

Depends on the size of the room and how far you are away from the TV.

22-inches to 30 inches are good for Bedrooms, kitchens or bathrooms.

30+ inches are good for large bedrooms/dens/gameroom.

40+ inches for living rooms.

60+ inchees for home theater system.

Like they said its all about preference, if you like to be close then buy the 22inch. But if you sit far away then go with the 32inch. But you might wanna shop around a bit untill you see somthing you like.

People, please don't bump an old thread, especially one that's in the wrong board.
