I have 2 red lights flashing on one of my 360 consoles,it is well ventilated but it is a launch console. Does the new 3 year extended warranty cover this at no cost to me? Ive searched xbox.com for the answer and I cant find if the warranty covers this or not. Thanks for any help.

it only covers the 3 red lights. I had only 1 red light and they charged me 100 bucks to get it fixed.

2 lights mean that it's overheating. Leave it off and turn it back on in about 10 minutes

There shouldn't be any problem

Unplug it all and leave it for while i mean :)

2 Lights isn't covered, only 3, but 2 lights usually means your 360 is overheated, leave it off for awhile, some here said 10 mins, I say a little longer to maybe a hour or 2 for good measure, then boot it up and see what it does.

Some tips I would give is to put it on a hard surface, and make sure it is well vented. laying it on a carpet is a big no no.
