My philosophy is, "if it aint on ebay, you cant find it anywhere else" however, try another auction site or widespread game selling place, im not really sure honestly.
Are you sure it wasn't cancelled for the Xbox? It isn't available on any of the major UK websites that I've checked, and Gamespot says that its release date is still to be announced... so it looks to me like it has been cancelled.
