With the WWE's latest crack down on wrestlers using name's that WWE has trademarked outside of the WWE. Which wrestlers do you think should own the rights to their name and why?
Guys who wrestle under their own name. Guys who's names and gimmicks weren't created by WWE and were built elsewhere (Top of that list is Rob Van Dam, but also guys like Justin Credible, The Dudleys, Billy Kidman CM Punk etc.)
