I've read three of his books. He was an enjoyable writer and he definitly had an influence on the video games that used his name. It's a shame he only live to 66, RIP.

Yeah, his books did influence a lot of videogames. Hell, look at the Division, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, etc
