I'm going to open a video game bar in southern california much like the mana bar in australia.  The question I have is where exactly.  I've been researching possible locations and there are a couple i have in mind.  Right now I'm leaning towards san diego in the gaslamp district.  There is heavy foot traffic there which is a must for this type of business.  San diego also seems to be heavily populated by gamers. 

Is there any places you would suggest I look?  San diego would be great but rent is high and places are difficult to find.  Places with a lot of foot traffic is what I need.  I've thought of downtown fullerton, downtown la, seal beach, huntington beach on main street.  I need to choose a place and start planning for it.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  thanks.
