iOS ubiquitous in Enterprise. Businesses hates Android.
- Feb 26, 2013 1:51 pm GMThttp://www.tuaw.com/2013/02/26/good-news-apple-dominating-enterprise-activations/ Move over blackberry. Stay under a rock, Android. iOS dominates business and enterprise. Three years later, fandroids claiming "no productivity" "no business will ever use iOS" now walk around these forums with both feet in their mouth. Loving it.

Do you even have anything of yours in your head? Or did Apple install iBrains for you? How will you feel in a few years knowing you spet better parts of days rummaging around the internet finding articles to reaffirm your belief that your choice of phone is correct?
And before you launch the "Android fanbody" shell at me, I don't own and never have owned an Android phone.
And also shame on me for even being bothered by you... Not like anything will change your brainwashed mindset.

And yes. It's always satisfying to see that after just a few years, everything I've said since the iPhone 1 in 2007 has been coming true. First, the video game industry. Second, education. And now, business. Yes. It's very satisfying being proven right, and I intend to rub it in all the fandroids faces who argued with such horrible arguments in vain. Cheers to karma! ;)

For all you know activation might mean when Good Technology services are activated on the system. Basically this stuff is null and void because it's not defined, if you are in the medical industry you should probably know how proper surveys and reports are presented and defined.- Please wait. weird... i work for a "major" technology company and i don't think i seen 1 apple product being used for business... all bb and android. obviously one company isn't representative of the entire industry but if they're "ubiquitous" and "dominant" you'd think i'd see a few people using them :?- Please wait. It's a little like beating a dead horse at this point. Apple is largely replacing legacy Blackberry hardware in enterprise. It's interesting because that was one of the biggest criticisms against Apple when they first released the iPhone.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

This probably would have been a better article to post before those two iOS lockscreen bypass bugs were found. Especially since as someone in the medical industry you no doubt know HIPPA doesn't look too kindly on that sort of thing.

[/QUOTE] The fact that an update that fixes what you mention released a day and a half after the incident for all iPhone owners kind of negates what you're trying to get at, doesn't it. Yet another thing Android isn't capable of doing. Timely updates that are available for all iOS device owners. Cheers to uniformity.
What was that thing I heard about a two year old Android phone only recieving a 15 month old update recently? Mm.. Yes.
Must be why seemingly every industry avoids Android these days. Especially the game industry and business. :)

Except, um, the lockscreen bypass issues haven't been fixed. The fix for the emergency call bug is coming in 6.1.3, iOS is currently on 6.1.2. If you're going to troll like this, you should probably refrain from making sh*t up that can be easily verified with a quick google (or a quick look at my iPhone, for that matter).
But thanks for bringing up the latest update. I forgot how 6.1 also broke Exchange ActiveSync (which tends to be kinda important to enterprise) for a week or two while Apple scrambled to put out 6.1.2.
