Can you make an energy ball?

I doubt many people here will understand (or innerstand) chi energy. This is a practice often used with meditation, without an adequate amount of knowledge in metaphysics one will have a hard time grasping the basics foundamental wisdom that leads to heighten awareness and spirituality...amongst other things that can't really be explained or comprehend without a bit of familiarity on the subject.

There's no "exact" method.
This is the easy one.(like the video)
Visualise energy entering you from the Earth.
When you are ready,try to concetrate it between your hands.
It's nothing hard,it's just a little exercise to help you learn to control your chi/lifeforce/bio-energy.
