    Do I just make an appointment and bring the phone(no accessory box, I have it but dont want to bring if I dont have to) & receipt? Is it free to exchange/fix straight up?

    Do I back up everything to the computer and then wipe? Will the exchange unit be brand new exterior just refurb internals?

    Yeah I know a lot of tedious questions, but I thought is better to get an idea before I go in.

    Yes, make an appointment and just bring the phone itself, no need for the accessories or receipt. Its still within the warranty. They will mostly exchange it with another phone. Not sure if it is new or refurb. That said make sure to back it up and delete everything yourself it they are going to replace it, just to be sure.
