It wasn't a "banned" episode. It was a joke episode that the crew made, and showed at a convention to the adults. It's been rumored about for years, and Adult Swim has been trying to get the episode for a few months.
Maybe next we'll see the Nickelodeon short, "Attack of the Giant Vulture" that has seemingly gone missing.
