I usually try to exercise about 5 days a week at least. Weight training and doing some cardio. I was really sedentary and lazy when I was a teenager but since I was about 20 or so I try to exercise a bit. How often do you guys exercise and what do you do ?

Now playing : Batman Arkham City Goty ( PC), Battlefield 3 ( PC), Witcher 2 ( PC)

Weight training only. 4-7 times/week. Could be 30-90min sessions.

I'd say in an average week I'm getting 5hrs in.

I'm 70kg, can benchpress 90kg, not the strongest person alive by any stretch but I do OK.

If I feel like extra cardio I'll just go for a long walk.

#1 reason I exercise is for my mental health, it really helps.

Quickly! Think of a good sig. Everyone's counting on you.

Cardio in the morning, weights at night. I lost 136 pounds so now I'm a bit flabby. I've been pumping up my excersises so I get a bit tougher.

Usually 5-7 times a week. Some days I'm lazy and don't care.

I don't exercise at all, unless you count walking since I walk 50 min to class and back 4 days a week.

    Six days a week.

Mon/Wed/Fri it's twenty minutes of alternation on a stationary bike along with squats, lunges, calf raises, dips, situps andpushups for three sets of 25, each set is a different variation (grip/stance/distance/speed etc.)

Tues/Thurs/Sat is chinups and maybe pullups if my elbow is feeling up to it, kickboxing on tues/thurs and a hike on saturday rain or shine.

I'm in a lot better shape than I was a year ago, though since it's a bodyweight program I have to work on harder variations of those exercises to keep it from getting too easy and I don't want to do tons of repetitions either since that gets boring. Currently working on doing a one arm chinup by this summer and tougher forms of squats and pushups.

Just got back from a long walk. Wish it wasn't so damn hot today though. Usually walk or hike 3-4 days a week.

Before last week, didn't exercise much, if at all. Since Monday, exercised for about an hour at a local gym. M/W/F 35-40 minutes treadmill, then 30 minutes weights. T/Th/Sat, 60 minutes treadmill.

    sig

    Thanks sune_Gem for sig!

I'd do cardio after the weights. :3

I try to hit the gym 3 times a week depending on how busy I am at work but any day I don't, I at least make sure I do other exercise at home.
