- Don't quote more than one image in your post.
- Do NOT post or bump extremely abusive discussions (adult material/illegal activities/illegal advertising/etc).

Have fun reading all of them

silly finalstar, he said he'll see the scores, not actually read reviews. who reads them anyway? YOU GOT SCORES FOR THAT.

Did you read the review? It seems kinda shady on the actual explanation of giving the game a 7.

What do I think....I think the game is getting rave reviews and is obviously a great JRPG,but you have focused on one score that is on the lower side.Very odd TC.

    I'll just rent it.

I usually steer clear of anime games because they're full of cliche storylines, annoying voice overs, childish dialogue and obscure paedophilia but this game looks unique and doesn't really look like anime.

Yep the Xbox 360 master race. It is known that the 360 is better than the POS3. All they have are interactive movies like Uncharted or actual movies like MGS4.

My thoughts are the same as the last time I saw Game Informer mentioned, which is...........Game Informer is still around? Thought they died off years ago, but that could be because I always thought their mag sucked, so I never paid much attention to them in the first place.

Give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure a die-hard MS fan who just happens to have a Mario avatar is being genuine.

You shouldnt put too much faith in reviews ....especially a bunch of corporate shills for Gamestop.

Also, keep in mind the game is getting good reception everywhere else.

Well i was contemplating on buyinig it, but if this rating is an indication of scores to come i'll steer clear for now, i need at least a 7.5 score if i'm going to consider buying a game, and even with that kind of score i wouldn't pay over $60 for it, i would wait until it comes down to $30 or $20.

    What do you guy's think?

    1. Amazing artbook/journal in special edition, that alone is a reason to have that game for me

    2. Raise and train familiars

    3. Amazing 2D cut scenes and art

    4. great in game art, amazing overworld

    5. Adventure aspect which seems to be greater than most JRPGs, spells tied to the story and specific quests (always love that, when spells / abilities are not JUST for combat, but play a role in the story and progression)

    6. Great extend to back story, quests tied to the journal information etc

    .

Generally seems top stuff, got the special edition of course, 120$

It has points that few RPGs have, the adventure and journal aspect are rather rare in RPGs, especially to the 350 pages extend

Edited on Jan 19, 2013 11:18 am GMT Edited 2 total times.

My PS3, PS3 game collection and Kinect.

2012 game lineup for XBox 360 thread, more exclusives than ever

Id trust Game Informer more than most websties, depending on the reviewer. Not getting a game because one website gives it a 7 is really dumb though.

It's not like Gamestop benefits from poor game reviews from Gameinformer. They want to sell as many games as possible, not steer them away.
