in addition to what you put in the op, there's auron's theme, the music from the anima temple, the cloister of trials
I have only played 2 FF games, but I don't imagine anything could come to close to FFX for me

Hmm I'd say FFVIII had the best soundtrack out of the series. That said the rest also had great themes in them.
