What? Not even remotely. Linux on the PS3 was ridiculously limited. Hell, you couldn't even get full access to the use of the GPU IIRC.
Installing Windows makes it a full PC. Furthermore, it gives you access to the PC gaming/software library, as it is a full Windows installation. I'm seriously not understanding the confusion.

Last game I beat: Injustice Gods Among Us (Wii U).This is kinda like E3 in a sense. There is little to no presence of the PC at E3 while there is little to no presense of Consoles at CES. Only difference is, E3 matters.
