Asus P5E3 Deluxe X38 | Intel QX9770 @ 4.00GHz | 4GB DDR3 1600 | HD 7870 @ 1.2GHz
HT Omega Claro+ | Intel SSD 320 120GB | 2x 500GB WD Caviar Black, 1x 1TB WD Caviar Blue
Aerocool Horsepower 750W | Windows 8 Professional x64 | Linux Mint 14 x64With overclocking it's luck of the draw sometimes. You might have gotten a much lower bin than what is average for the card.
EDIT: Also, it's a factory overclocked model, which may mean it might not have much OC headroom left to begin with.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

but seriously tho i cant get more than +15Mhz on the core... Out of all the reviews and blogs i've seen people get much higher clock speeds. And the 660ti is known for having more room left for overclocks. I had the same issue with my 560ti.

My PC is not a gaming PC in the sense that does not have a GPU that will run games in playable frame rates, other than that is a DX11 GPU that will run any game in any setting
Was xbox 360 based on a 9800 pro of 2003 ?
No, it was based on a 8800GTX of 2006
What are your clocks on your GTX 660ti to begin with?
