This is NOW the 8th Generation of gaming history. So WiiU (as well as Vita/3DS) is a CURRENT Generation Console and 360/PS3 are last generation, which is 7th Generation.

Ummm they arent? Once 720 and PS4 release, they will be the same generation as the Wii U.
Wii U started the eighth generation.

I would find it odd to call the 720 a current gen console. When all three consoles are out and games star drying out on the 360 and ps3 then we can drop the "next gen" title . Imo
