Link. I was really really really hoping for a Far Cry 3 sale and here it is! Those waiting for AC3 should be pretty happy as well.
EDIT: Anyone know if the Deluxe edition is worth it for FC3? Some of the DLC sounds interesting, but I haven't heard much about the DLC from gamers here.

Yup it does. My UPlay froze or something so I exited out and re-opened and now it says I have passed my 5 download limit. Wow......

You can only download your game 5 times. It's extremely dumb. I'd highly advise against buying it through UPlay. I know it needs UPlay to activate, but I'd think Steam would let you have unlimited downloads since it does for all of their games.
