Personally due to scale, it's Halo 4 for me. This is apples and oranges though as they are two different games.
Even if UC had a slight edge, Halo is just a much bigger game being a sandbox.

There's nothing going on! Go play Uncharted 2 (The train level/city levels in particular) and then try to support Halo 4. Halo 4 is just another Halo. The engine at last looks up to par with most modern games, but it's still not that great looking :S Its the bland art style with a serious lack of attention to detail that ruins it for me. Naughty Dogs talent in the art/animation department make uncharted look better than the very vast majority of games today - coming from a PC gamer. (Though of course there's far better from a technical standpoint; consoles are old as hell.) So Uncharted by a country mile for me.
