I have a question about the PSP 3000 screen
So basically, months ago, i played FF7 on the PSP 3000, and my right eye started hurting a lot, and it stopped when i stopped playing. Is it because FF7 was shrinked so that the game was on a smaller screen? Or is it the PSP 3000 itself, so that i will hurt my eyes even if i play games that take up the whole screen? I don't want to permanently damage my eyes, so i'm asking.

I'm not sure as to why only your right eye would start to hurt, but in general watching a screen for long periods of time is bad for your eyes. Just take a break and come back to it? I don't think it would be due to a smaller viewport, but it's possible. At any rate, I've never known the PSP specifically to be more of a strain on the eyes than any other system or TV screen.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

I don't want to buy a PSP game, and find out that i will have problems even with games that use the whole screen.

How long have you noticed this? I'm thinking you might not have enough sleep, or aren't hydrated enough, or something else mostly unrelated to small screens. There's little to differentiate the PSP's screen from the DS', other than resolution (which could only be good for your eyes). Like I said, take a break, try again in a few days, or get some sleep. I can assure you there's nothing particularly dangerous or harmful about the PSP's screen.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

well, here's my suggestion : see a doctor . check your eye , maybe you are starting to have a medical issue. not a serious matter but it's worth a check.
if hopefully you are 100% healthy then look for other reasons regarding the system.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.
