Skipped it. I hate having celabs walk on stage and reaffirm that they are a gamer. No **** why else are you in the show? 10 - 30 years ago gaming was a nerd geek thing people looked down on. Dark Soul 2 trailer was sick. The Phantom Pain was one of the best trailers of seen in years. Just kept getting more and more intense. I wasn't sure at first, but I thought it was a MGS game after a minute into it. I kept saying to myself, "Is that snake all bandaged up and crawling the floor." lol!! I don't remember it saying it was from Kojima studios, so I wasn't sure. I just hope you'll be able to control all that action, as like MGS IV it looked just like a movie with very little interaction, but we'll see.

Best writing in a videogame since Planscape Torment imo.

The game is simply amazing if you like good story, characters, dialogue and atmosphere.
I was expecting an average game but what I got was amazing, well deserving of GOTY imo.

You're out-of-the-blue paired up with a complete stranger and given only the most rudimentary ability to communicate, yet the game fosters this incredible conection and sense of cooperation between the two of you. Then you hit the credits and find out it was actually 6 other people, yet they were all equally helpful and committed to your mutual success.
They essentially turned a decent psych experiment into one of the most enjoyable games of the year (if not generation, if not all time, frankly) -- if that does't qualify as innovative design I don't know what does.
