Far Cry 3 map tagging?

Hello everybody, I have a question thats been driving me crazy.
Does anybody know how to add tags to their custom created maps on Far Cry 3? Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I have looked everywhere and asked everywhere.
Anyways, I have never tagged ANYTHING, so the whole thing is new to me.

I currently have 1,543 individual personally owned games catalogued on Gamespot with well over 1,600 games in total. Check out the CCU (Candid Collectors Union).

I hate bumping my own threads, but I posted this at a weird time last night, and I figured this makes more sense than posting the same thing again.
If anybody knows anything about the topic, please let me know.
Does it have something to do with other people giving the map a tag? If that is the case, it doesnt make much sense at all, but at this point I am starting to wonder.
