I know that Jews lived in the land of Islam. And I don't agree with you that we treated them as 2nd class citizens, just for an instance, Hazrat Imam Ali (A.S) the first Imam of Shia Muslims and 4th Caliph to rule the Muslims used to work in the garden of the Jew for his daily income. Do you think during such times Jews were treated as second class citizens. Now I'm not saying that during later time of Islam some extremists didn't tried to hurt Jews but I still don't think that Muslim world treated you as a 2nd class citizens.

About the Morocco thing you mentioned, you also need to understand that those riots were in retaliation for Israel, no I'm not justifying attacking Jews but just to clear the picture for you.

And about Pakistan I'm damn sure we never have any riots against the Jews, hell most people didn't even know that we have a Jewish population, it was so small. I can gurantee you that. I actually come to know of a story how they left Pakistan but I forgot the actual details, as to why they left Pakistan.

About compensating Hindus well we already did that, we gave the properties of Hindus to the Muslims migrating from India and I believe that's what India did too.

Anyways, whatever happened it doesn't justify that you should derive poor Palestenians from their lands for what been done to you by the Nazis.

[/QUOTE] using one example is not clever, you think that in an area that stretched from Morocco to Pakistan , there would be exact treatment? it all depended on place and time, Al Andalus was good for 300 years, until a crazed puritanical Islamic sect took over and made the life of the Jews hell . like wise the early Islamic Egypt , early on , it did well, until the rule of Al Hakim which made the life of the Jews miserable (same appleid to Christians actually) its not as simple as that, the hatred existed before, it just took something to make it worse, and yes . in Pakistan there were local riots where Jews lived, it wasn't on a large scale like it was in , say , Iraq, because the population was small , but it did happen. wheter its "justified" is beyond the point, what the heck do you expect the Jews who were chased out to do? form a new country in the north pole? its pretty obvious alot of them are going to go to the one place they consider their own. the ironic thing is, these expulsions only helped one country , and thats Israel , all it did was double the country's population (if the goal was less Jews between the river and the sea, then its a major mess up).

It is their land, they were living there for what since 135 CE? How could a person in its right mind would say such a thing? And what prove do you have that you come from the same Bani Israel that were driven out? Last I checked most of the Jews living in Israel are Ashkenazi Jews.
