Do you think during such times Jews were treated as second class citizens. Now I'm not saying that during later time of Islam some extremists didn't tried to hurt Jews but I still don't think that Muslim world treated you as a 2nd class citizens.

    That's just called denial.

That's exactly it. It's not "their lands."

It is their land, they were living there for what since 135 CE? How could a person in its right mind would say such a thing? And what prove do you have that you come from the same Bani Israel that were driven out? Last I checked most of the Jews living in Israel are Ashkenazi Jews. They have to be Arabic Jews in order to be the true heir of Bani Israel. Perhaps you can enlighten me?

You were a small minority in Pakistan and you gone with some US Ambassadors wife on your own will. We never drawn you out. Hell we still have a synagouge here.

Im afraid to ruin it for you, but just because Islam treated treated the Jews better than the Christian world doesn't make it good, Jews were still 2nd class citizens, sometimes worse. nevermind the fact that Jews lived in the lands of Islam long before Islam existed (and this ironically includes Arabia). as for modernity, yes, Jews were chased out by riots in most cases, and this includes Pakistan , you might not like hearing that , but its the truth. nobody leaves out of their own free will , to go to a peniless state usually with just a suitcase. but here is the thing, part of my family left Morocco because of the violence and hostility that existed against the Jews, the family had to give away most of what they owned, the house, the furniture factory , and most of their money and personal belongings. and this is just one side , Im not even going to get to the European side of things. you think the Moroccans , or Europeans are going to give me back some things (in Europe Im supposed to get the family bakery for instance)? somehow I didn't think so conversly, alot of Hindus escaped what became Pakistan in 1947 , you want to compensate them too?

About the Morocco thing you mentioned, you also need to understand that those riots were in retaliation for Israel, no I'm not justifying attacking Jews but just to clear the picture for you.

And about Pakistan I'm damn sure we never have any riots against the Jews, hell most people didn't even know that we have a Jewish population, it was so small. I can gurantee you that. I actually come to know of a story how they left Pakistan but I forgot the actual details, as to why they left Pakistan.

About compensating Hindus well we already did that, we gave the properties of Hindus to the Muslims migrating from India and I believe that's what India did too.

Anyways, whatever happened it doesn't justify that you should derive poor Palestenians from their lands for what been done to you by the Nazis.

using one example is not clever, you think that in an area that stretched from Morocco to Pakistan , there would be exact treatment?

it all depended on place and time, Al Andalus was good for 300 years, until a crazed puritanical Islamic sect took over and made the life of the Jews hell . like wise the early Islamic Egypt , early on , it did well, until the rule of Al Hakim which made the life of the Jews miserable (same appleid to Christians actually)

its not as simple as that, the hatred existed before, it just took something to make it worse, and yes . in Pakistan there were local riots where Jews lived, it wasn't on a large scale like it was in , say , Iraq, because the population was small , but it did happen.

wheter its "justified" is beyond the point, what the heck do you expect the Jews who were chased out to do? form a new country in the north pole? its pretty obvious alot of them are going to go to the one place they consider their own.

the ironic thing is, these expulsions only helped one country , and thats Israel , all it did was double the country's population (if the goal was less Jews between the river and the sea, then its a major mess up).

lol, most Jews are the descendents of those who lived in Judea , and that includes the Ashkenazi ones.

but then , this again shows something, Jews were living in the lands of islam , and Europe for what was in some cases , 2400 years, and yet, according to those living there , it was not our land.

when the Jews are in the diaspora, they are seen as foreigners who should leave and go to their homeland, when they are in their homeland, they get complaints about why they left.

using an example of one person , when talking about an area that stretches across 3 continents , and millions of people, is not smart anyways.

what happened in Al Andalus , didn't necessarily happen in Egypt or Iraq for instance.

just like some countries in Europe were better than some others in different times.

Based on your logic, Yemen now belongs to Jews because there's been a sizeable Jewish population constantly living there since the time of the Second Temple, 2500 years ago.

It is their land, they were living there for what since 135 CE? How could a person in its right mind would say such a thing?

Based on your logic, Yemen now belongs to Jews because there's been a sizeable Jewish population constantly living there since the time of the Second Temple, 2500 years ago.

forget Yemen , how about the most of the Muslim world, including ironically, Arabia.

Perhaps you can enlighten me?

lol, most Jews are the descendents of those who lived in Judea , and that includes the Ashkenazi ones. but then , this again shows something, Jews were living in the lands of islam , and Europe for what was in some cases , 2400 years, and yet, according to those living there , it was not our land. when the Jews are in the diaspora, they are seen as foreigners who should leave and go to their homeland, when they are in their homeland, they get complaints about why they left.

Just like you said you lost lands in Europe and they are not not your lands then how could the Palestine be converted to Israhell after remaining home for Palestenians since 135 CE? That's simply inhuman and violation of basic human rights.

Then please tell me why the ruler of the Muslims work as a farmer for a Jew? He could easily confiscated the Jew's property, no?

You're asking me why some guy did something? How should I know?

using an example of one person , when talking about an area that stretches across 3 continents , and millions of people, is not smart anyways. what happened in Al Andalus , didn't necessarily happen in Egypt or Iraq for instance. just like some countries in Europe were better than some others in different times.

That's exactly my point. Bad things could have happened. But second class citizens are aa bit stretch as evident from my example. You are talking about Jews when Muslims killed Mulims. My point is in Muslim world Jews were not treated badly generally. Do you know it is a sin to treat person of another religion unjustly in Islam?
