What's a good program to create super basic, quick animations?

Long story short, i have a mock presidentail campaign ad video due tommorrow and i kinda put it off.. i have my script so all i have to do is record my lines and create a video. I obviosuly can film it so i need a program to create basic animations or atleast put together a decent movie. Voice editing capabilites is ideal (although if theres a sperate program for that do tell me). I'm kinda desperate so any help will be greatly appriciated. <3
