I'll probably just buy Mass Effect 1 on PSN rather than buying the whole collection since I own the other 2. It'll be nice to finally be able to have the full story on PS3.

Man, way too little, way too late. Remember that fantastic comic... Seems like it wasn't a great replacement for the game.

It definitely fell down in many areas, but i'd still call it one of the best franchises this gen. Give us a game where mankind is discovering the relays, etc.

Well, never say never.... the same was said for Final Fantasy on Xbox.

It seemed the right move for M$ to allow it to come to the PS3. They wouldn't be shifting units anymore by keeping it from rival consoles.

They would have been right, especially when Microsoft held the publishing rights. It was exclusive for a year. Obviously, they had a timed contract.

looking back, it was a pristine franchise. bought every game in the trilogy at launch. definitely nostalgic seeing all those scenes from ME 1 and 2.
