Spacing in Blogs
- Oct 26, 2012 11:36 am GMTHey. So i wanted to hit return and get some space to make my blog look nice but when i preview I can see it doesn't space the way I want it. How do I work around this?

Hi!
When you say it doesn't look the way you want do you mean that there is no longer a space between the lines, or that you can't skip as many lines as you want?
Or maybe something different?I'm not having trouble spacing lines when I preview blogs, so I might not be able to reproduce the problem you're having, but I'll try to help answer your question from what it sounds like to me:
(1) You can put text onto the next line without skipping a line in between by clicking the Shift + Return/Enter keys.
(2) Skipping one line with the Return/Enter key seems to work for me, but you could also get the same results by using [p] and [/p] tags in the text - but by using < and > brackets instead of square brackets, so that could work where the Enter key isn't.

(3) To skip more than one space you can also use [br] and [/br] tags, with < and > brackets instead of square brackets.
You seem to be able to also skip multiple lines by using the Shift + Return/Enter key combination (but not the Return/Enter key alone!).Example:
