in serious trouble with my ehdd

not a serparatist anymore, i love canada as much as others canadians.
i cant enter my external hdd i tried to format in all possible way (windows format, chkdsk and wd official quick format) i cant do anything to access too.

wd my passport usb 3.0 i can still hear it functioning.

it listed but impossible to do anything with my ehd is like 2-3 week old.
