for example This topic, i believe was just fine it OT. and were there no OTAH, it would most likely remain in OT and run its course.

then this topic, which is full of alot of boob gifs, seemed to be perfectly fine in OT and was not/has not been moved to OTAH.

whats wrong here?

i think either get consistant rules for OTAH, or just get rid of it all together.

this is getting ridiculous, we cant even talk about "fapping", which within reason, and before OTAH, it was perfectly fine in OT. now we get messages like this:

just because we have OTAH, doesnt mean any topic related to sex or masturbation automatically needs to go there. it is actually possible to have a nice discussion on the subject matter.

Thank you for pointing all of these out (I made the switch for the gif thread to OTAH). Now back to the question/statement at hand.

First off I'd like to thank you for being understanding about the boards current rules set. The board is still very young and Off Topic is still adjusting to the newer rules that were set in place earlier this year, when stating that conversations needed to remain SFW.

That being said I understand full well that one can discuss matters about sex and maintain an integrity in the discussion that would consist with the SFW mentality, however this is not always the case. When a thread begins to take a turn for a more adult nature the thread is then moved to a more suitable environment.

Thanks again for pointing out the inconsistencies and I will bring these up with the mod team to see what can be done to better your board experiences on both OTAH and OT
